Compliance - Our repairs team will keep on top of gas and electricity safety tests and will organise these tests when necessary throughout the year. As well as this, our team can also help organise Energy Performance Certificates, these are required for all newly let property. We would register the deposit through a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

Comprehensive free inspections - In order to make sure the property is maintained to a high standard we carry out inspections every year. We provide a full cover brochure with recommendations and details on any improvements if they are required. This will minimise the cost of repairs by acting efficiently.

Access to our excellent value handyman - We have a handyman named Steve who is able to repaint walls, repairs door handles or fixing a loose tile. Our handyman is a cost effective method to keep your property in good condition. Our handyman does not charge a call out fee and are generally cheaper than a specialist contractor.

Access for information through ‘my portfolio’ - This will have information regarding every landlord’s portfolio of properties, it can be accessed through our dedicated landlord log-in area. Check in reports, account statements and also tenancy agreements are all available through the internet.

Rent collection service - If a tenant is late to pay their rent, then this will flag up on the system and will notify our accounts team if action is required. We offer a four stage process where firstly we would send a SMS reminder and then would become more severe.

Thorough inventory process - Here at Acquire we use industry accredited inventory clerks to produce property reports, we do this at the beginning and also the end of the tenancy. The reports produced include colour photographs in order to ensure that both the landlord and also the tenants have a written assessment to form the basis of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme registration.
